TechnoMile offers private, onsite two-day training classes that are completely customizable and ideal for organizations that need to train a group of staff members. Users will build their SIMS Suite knowledge and skills, with a focus on your organization's specific security requirements, policies and procedures.

Private classes require a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 10 students, a training room, and computers/laptops for each attendee. Training laptops are provided for each attendee. If you plan to provide your own test environment (recommended) please email [email protected] .

Two-day public, instructor-led training classes are held throughout the year. Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 10 students. Training laptops are provided for each attendee.

Government and military organizations may register at the discounted GSA rate — see the note below. All other customers should select the applicable public class for registration.                                                

Government customers: Email [email protected] from your government email address, and let us know which training you're interested in. Our team will provide a GSA rate coupon.       

GSA customers: Email a copy of your valid, active GSA letter to [email protected], along with the training you're interested in. Our team will provide a GSA coupon once letter is validated.       

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. We understand that cancellations or schedule changes are sometimes inevitable. We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class. Cancellations or schedule changes will not receive a refund. The payment will be applied toward attendance at a future session. In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed public training, please submit an email request to [email protected] 

TechnoMile reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or receive a refund. TechnoMile is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled. If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
